Routine Service Packages
At J. Williams, we offer four types of service; Bronze, Silver, Gold & Platinum. The details for each type of service are highlighted below and don't hesitate to ask should you have any questions or specific requirements and we would be very happy to advise.
Bronze Service
Recommended annually or every 12,000 miles.
Includes...
- Oil & filter changed using manufacturer approved oil
- Tyre pressures set
- Tyre condition and tread check
- Washer fluid filled
- Fluid level check (brake fluid, coolant etc.)
- Service light reset
- Service booked stamped
- Visual brake condition check
Silver Service
Recommended every two years or 24,000 miles.
Includes a Bronze Service plus...
- Air filter changed
- Fuel filter changed (diesel only)
- Spark plugs changed (petrol only)
- Pollen filter changed
- Diagnostic ODB fault code read
Gold Service
Recommended every four years or 48,000 miles.
Includes a Bronze and Silver Service plus...
- Brake fluid flush
- Wheels removed for thorough brake inspection
Platinum Service
Recommended any time a more thorough inspection is required.
Includes a Bronze, Silver and Gold Service plus...
- Full front and rear brake strip down, clean, condition assessment, grease, and reassemble
Air Conditioning
Fault finding & servicing for both R134A & R1234YF gas types.
Recommended every four years, a normal service includes...
- Recovery of any existing gas
- 20 Minute vacuum test
- Re-gas with the correct weight of gas
- Pressure test
